Continuing Education

AMA: The Kansas City Southwest Clinical Society is accredited by the Oklahoma State Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Kansas City Southwest Clinical Society designates this live activity for a maximum of 8.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

ABIM: Successful completion of this CME activity enables the participant to earn up to 7.25 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. The Medical Legal Symposium will not count for ABIM MOC.

AAFP: The education activity will be submitted to the American Academy of Family Physicians for approval of prescribed hours of accredited education.

Nursing: The education activity will be submitted to the Kansas Board of Nursing for approval
