AMA: The Kansas City Southwest Clinical Society is accredited by the Oklahoma State Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Kansas City Southwest Clinical Society designates this live activity for a maximum of 9.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

ABOS: Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the learner to earn 8.5 credits toward the CME of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery’s Maintenance of Certification program.

AAFP: Application for credit will be filed with AAFP for 8.5 prescribed credits. Determination is pending.

AMIB: Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 8.5 MOC points and patient safety MOC credit in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program.

Chiropractors: Application for credit will be filed with Kansas Chiropractic Association for 9.5 credits. Determination is pending.

Nursing: Application for credit will be filed with the Kansas Board of Nursing requesting 11.4 credits. Determination is pending.
